By using LIGHTERPLAZA, we may ask you to provide us with certain Personally Identifiable Information that can be used to contact or identify you. We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy and safety of children. Our website and all services available on this website are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information about children. A parent or guardian of a child may contact us if he / she discovers that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with his / her personal information so that we can take appropriate action. If you are under the age of 13, please do not send us your personal information (for example your name, address and email address) as you are not legally entitled to enter into an agreement with us. It is agreed that all matters related to the use of the LIGHTERPLAZA are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and related EU legislation, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) / General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (AVG).
It is agreed that the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the Courts in the Netherlands will apply to all disputes arising out of this agreement or the performance of the obligations below.
You agree not to transfer or otherwise transfer this privacy policy in whole or in part; any attempt to do so is invalid.
Any terms that deviate from this privacy policy in any written or electronic communication made by you are invalid.
